Local Business Shoutout to Gracie’s Mini Pancakes
Craving Late-Night Pancakes? (Or Anytime Pancakes?) 🥞 😋
Gracie's Mini Pancakes is serving up fluffy, fun mini pancakes and crepes when you need them most, especially those late-night hankerin’s for munchie yummies. These aren't your average flapjacks either! They're perfectly sized sweet treats (like the Dubai chocolate that’s all the rage with the cool kids) made with love. Take a gander at their menu.

Viktor Hovland Mural Unveiled 🎨

Look at all that new orange!
If you happen by Chris’ University Spirit you might notice a new mural. The unveiling was earlier today, sponsored by the paint company Valspar as part of their "Be Bright by Valspar" community initiative, chosen by 2025 Valspar Championship winner and OSU alum Viktor Hovland. The mural was designed by Oklahoma artist Kellen Carter and is inspired by OSU traditions and Viktor's connection to OSU. It’s dry now, so check it out if you happen to be in the neighborhood.

Nope, that’s not me taking liberties with a goofy title, that’s really it! Most intriguing!
Oklahoma State Theatre is presenting Urinetown, a wickedly funny Tony Award-winning satire about a water shortage that forces citizens to pay a greedy corporation to use public bathrooms. 😬 Go and see how the brave hero fights back—urine for a treat!

Help a Stillwater Family Keep Their Home 🏡
I don’t normally do this, but I figured that it could make a big difference, so it’s worth a shot. One of my sister’s neighbors, a local family of eight, have fallen on hard economic times and are facing a grim prospect of losing their home they’ve been working to buy. Their small painting contracting business took a hit when the economy slowed, and now they're facing a wrenching choice: to come up with the funds to complete the purchase or move into a one-room cabin with no walls or electricity before winter. The homeowner, who originally offered them a path to purchase, set up a GoFundMe page asking our community to help where they can.
If every reader of this email chips in $10, they’ll make it. Isn’t it amazing how such a little amount can make a massive difference! Heck, even $1 would help if that’s all you can.
If you can, please support them here. Thank you. ♥️
