🏠︎ Lokal Life Letter #23
This Week's News & Events in Stillwater
Good morning, Stillwater! So apparently there’s some little concert going on this week… just some local groups from around here. Maybe you’ve heard of them? 😉
Thanks for the huge response on last week’s poll! 94/96 want to do Mutt Madness again, so it’s a date! I’m also at a point where I’m running out of room in my emails before Gmail clips it so I put together this four-question survey to hear from you want parts you like/dislike the most. I’d greatly appreciate your feedback!
In today’s edition:
Go help make an oversized flower 🌸
Blacksmithing class announced ⚒️
Learn the secrets of the Riichi 🀄
A plethora of local music ♫
Let’s get right to it!

WHAT’S UP IN STILLWATER
Most of the things going on in Stillwater for the next few days will overlap with the Boys from Oklahoma concert series. OSU has put together a go-to resource on information about parking, tailgating, tickets, etc. here.
Definitely plan ahead for travel time and there may be road closures. Carpool, use the bus and drive safe!
Stillwater Community Center Hosts Free Dinner 🍽️
OSU faculty and students have generously prepared a free potluck-style dinner with the theme of “Foods of Home”. The OSU Student Farm, Our Daily Bread, Pete’s Pantry and others will speak about how they’re taking on food insecurity here and how you can help.
